Dear players, listen to my words! The 2.4 version of “Tide of Echoes” is approaching, bringing a series of new content to make your gaming experience even richer and more colorful. New characters, Kathisia and Rupa, are about to debut, offering fresh combat styles and storylines. Let me guide you through these new features in detail, hoping to help you better plan your gacha pulls and gaming strategies.
Firstly, the details of the 2.4 version gacha banners have been revealed. In the first half of the version, Kathisia will be the featured character, accompanied by Akashi, Baiji, and Ronghu. For weapons, the five-star sword “Unyielding Crown of Destiny” will make its appearance. In the second half, Rupa, the final member of the Magma team, will be introduced, alongside Chana, Taoqi, and Chicuo. The weapon banner will feature “Flame Scar,” a five-star longsword.
Kathisia, a wind resonancer wielding a swift sword, can switch between two forms: Kathisia and Floridris. As Kathisia, her final light attack, heavy attack, resonance skill, and resonance liberation will summon different sword shadows. When these shadows are on the field, using a plunging attack will recall them, dealing additional damage based on the number and type of shadows recalled.
When Kathisia’s resonance energy is full, she can transform into Floridris using her resonance liberation. In this form, she gains additional effects based on the type of sword shadows recalled. Her attacks will generate conviction, and when conviction reaches 120 points, she can unleash her resonance liberation: Roaring Wind Blade, a powerful finishing move.
Rupa, a five-star magma and longsword resonancer, excels as a support character in magma teams while also dealing significant damage. Her resonance liberation grants the team both “Pursuit” and “Glory” effects. Pursuit increases all teammates’ damage by 6%, with an additional 6% boost when the active character uses a variation skill, stackable up to 18%. Glory allows teammates to ignore 3-9% of magma resistance, depending on the number of magma resonancers in the team. With three magma resonancers, they ignore an additional 6% of magma resistance. Rupa’s encore skill grants the next resonancer a 20% increase in magma damage and a 25% boost in basic attack damage.
After the 2.4 version goes live, Wanderers can log in to receive 10 pieces of Floating Gold Ripples, a small but thoughtful gift.
The new region, “Seven Hills,” will be opened in this version, offering you a fresh area to explore with its unique geography and story background.
New stigmata sets, “Burning Flame of the Charging Wolf” and “Journey of Wearing Glory,” will also be introduced. The 2-piece set “Burning Flame of the Charging Wolf” increases magma damage by 10%, while the 5-piece set boosts the team’s magma damage by 15% and the wearer’s resonance liberation damage by 20% for 35 seconds when a resonance liberation is cast. The 2-piece set “Journey of Wearing Glory” increases wind damage by 10%, and the 5-piece set increases critical hit rate by 10% and wind damage by 30% for 10 seconds when attacking enemies affected by wind erosion.
Additionally, there will be other new content and rewards, including the “Long Departure” and “Ke” events, which will be announced soon.
